- We accept payments through UPI, Paytm, COD (cash on delivery), and other secure payment gateways.
- Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
- Estimated delivery time is usually 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Champaran Achar is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Return & Refund Policy
- Due to the perishable nature of pickles, we do not accept returns.
- Refunds are only applicable in cases of:
- Damaged product upon delivery
- Wrong item shipped
To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel at Contact@champaranachar.com with a photo and order details.
